Andrew Gamble
2025 marks my tenth year as a classroom teacher. In that time, I have taught general education, special education, high-ability, and multilingual students.
Teaching is my second career. I worked for FedEx for 16 years before becoming a teacher. This has allowed me to bring a different set of perspectives and life experiences to the teaching profession.
I’m a lifelong learner that is always trying to be better: a better father, a better teacher, and a better human. I excel in creating relationships with my students which, in turn, enhances cooperation and engagement in the classroom. Theodore Roosevelt’s quote applies to educators as much as any other profession.
“Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.”
I’ve been married for 25 years and have two college-aged children. In my spare time, I enjoy going to concerts and cheering on my favorite hockey team, the New York Rangers. I love traveling to new cities and seeing the sights and sounds each city has to offer. I am “dad” to a mischievous mini-Bernedoodle and three ungrateful cats.
